SupaBundles Support

We help with installation, theme block setup, bundle configuration, Shopify discounts, billing questions, and troubleshooting.

Include your .myshopify.com domain, a short description of the issue, the page where it occurred, and screenshots that do not contain customer personal data.

Response time

Support requests are reviewed on German business days. We aim to respond within two business days. Urgent storefront or checkout incidents should use the same address with “Urgent” in the subject.

Self-service checks

1. Confirm the bundle is active in SupaBundles.
2. Confirm the correct bundle collection is selected in the theme app block.
3. Confirm the SupaBundles automatic discount is active in Shopify.
4. Retry in an incognito window after clearing the Shopify cart.
