Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 August 2026

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern business use of the SupaBundles Shopify app provided by YISAN Products Group UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Erkrather Straße 401, 40231 Düsseldorf, Germany (“SupaBundles”, “we”, or “us”). The app is offered to Shopify merchants acting in the course of their business.

2. Service

SupaBundles lets merchants configure bundle presentations, labels, product-page quantity offers, and automatic discounts through Shopify theme app extensions and Shopify Functions. Shopify remains a separate platform provider and controls checkout, payment, order, theme, and billing infrastructure.

3. Merchant responsibilities

4. Pricing and billing

Charges are processed exclusively through Shopify App Pricing. The current public plan includes the first 20 paid orders containing a SupaBundles bundle marker in each monthly billing cycle. Additional usage is charged according to the graduated rates shown on Shopify’s hosted plan page and in the App Store listing. Shopify presents and confirms all charges before activation.

Development-store, private, promotional, or partner plans can have different effective prices. Taxes, currency conversion, invoices, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Shopify’s billing rules.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change the app to improve security, compatibility, or functionality. Material pricing changes are handled through Shopify’s required approval and notice mechanisms.

6. Intellectual property

SupaBundles and its original software, documentation, and branding remain our property. Merchants retain rights to their store data, product information, and configuration content.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided with the care reasonably expected for business software. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing offers before publication. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable damage arising from breach of an essential contractual obligation.

8. Term and termination

The agreement begins when the merchant installs the app and approves any required Shopify plan. It ends when the subscription is cancelled and the app is uninstalled, subject to Shopify’s billing cycle rules. Shop-owned app data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where legally permitted for business customers, Düsseldorf is the place of jurisdiction.
